RETURN & REFUND POLICY
La Mala Vida 24 Return Policy
Effective March 4, 2025
Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted. In the case that an item is received defective due to La Mala Vida 24 or the manufacturer please contact us using the contact us form to recieve a pre-approval for your exchange or return request. Insert your customer details along with your order number and a short description of your concern. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Upon responding, we will ask that you submit photos of the defective product or item.
*All returns must be made by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see below for details. La Mala Vida 24 reserves the right to amend this return policy without notice.

All returns must be pre-authorized via email at info@lamalavida24.com

Products returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible

If the box, bundle, or packaging unit is unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at info@lamalavida24.com for pre-authorization. A delay in notification may preclude your return. Photo evidence is required for all products that are damaged upon receipt. Photos can be uploaded when a team member reaches out in response to your message to our team

New, unopened items may be eligible for a full refund minus shipping charges with pre-authorization.

If there are items missing from an open box or package, the item will not be eligible for a full refund.

Promotional items must be returned, or a restocking fee equivalent to the retail price may be deducted from any refund, if eligible.
